If I send you a 3D CAD (STEP) file, why do you need 2D drawings?
The 3 CAD files are helpful, but most do not include tolerances or additional notes that may apply to the part, which is why the 2D drawings are needed.
Can you sign our NDA before we provide sensitive project information?
To expedite your request for a quote, we suggest signing our NDA form. We can use your form if that is necessary, just know that it may slow the RFQ process.

What size parts can you make with MIM?
MIM is best applied to small parts (typically less than 100 grams) that are often complex in nature.

What kind of tolerances can MIM achieve?
Typical MIM tolerances range from ± 0.3% to 0.5% of the dimension. However, tolerances are highly dependent upon part geometry.
Can MIM parts be heat treated or plated?
Yes, MIM parts can be heat treated and plated as done on a conventional machined, cast or forged product.
